Compose is a tool for defining and running multi-container Docker applications. With Compose, you use a Compose file to configure your application’s services. Then, using a single command, you create and start all the services from your configuration.
Compose is great for development, testing, and staging environments, as well as CI workflows.
Use the below command to install docker-compose
curl -L https://github.com/docker/compose/releases/download/1.12.0/docker-compose-`uname -s`-`uname -m` > /usr/local/bin/docker-compose sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/docker-compose
krishna@ubuntu:~$ docker-compose --version docker-compose version 1.12.0, build b31ff33
hooray… successfully, installed docker-compose.
